“Wow is an understatement for the amazing work Lauren performed at my house. Before Lauren arrived I was overwhelmed with so many projects that needed organizing and purging of stubborn unwanted items that I didn’t know where to begin. Lauren was very punctual and had a very friendly personality when she came in with her supplies. It didn’t take long for us to jump right to work. We started with my kitchen drawer that was a collection of anything and everything!! Lauren politely asked if it was okay to take everything out and asked me to sort through items that were questionable. She then got creative and used unwanted folders to turn into storage bins to put back in the drawer to keep items more organized and give a cleaner feel to it. If she thought of organizational items to purchase, she would write it down in her notebook (to email me later with some links of useful items, with no pressure to buy anything, only suggestions if I wanted something more). However, first and foremost Lauren tried to use my resources to create a better space without me having to spend crazy money to fix my problem.
We then moved to my closet that was the end all for collecting miscellaneous items that didn’t have any other home. Turns out I had a lot of unwanted items that I finally had enough courage to donate or get rid of that I had previously been staring at by myself and not taking any actions. All the while, Lauren was there supporting my decisions and giving examples how to organize items or providing methods going forward to keep the area clean. She even offered to donate all the stuff I didn't want right then at the end of her visit so everything was clean and taken care of, which I thought was super amazing of Lauren and going above and beyond what was expected of her services!!
Lastly, we tackled the biggest closet upstairs in my son's room. Having someone with the vision Lauren had after removing everything out of the closet was great and really transformed the space. She even had a label maker with her to mark on certain containers or areas to help organize stuff and not guess what was in certain boxes.
I can't thank Lauren enough for her excellent work and great personality. She made me feel I was in control of my stuff and she was there to guide me without putting pressure on me to get rid of things I didn't want to get rid of.
